Raising a glass to to celebrate her relaxing weekend, she took a smiling selfie before heading outdoors for cocktails al fresco by the roaring fire complete with faux fur blanket.
Eagle-eyed fans were on the case to discover who Chloe was enjoying her weekend with after she concluded her picture selection with a breakfast in bed - for two - complete with two Full English platefuls plus two lattes - leading fans to believe she's holidaying with a secret beau.
