The Only Way is Essex star Tommy Mallet has given a glimpse inside his incredible body transformation.Tommy, 28, who recently threw an incredible baby shower for two month old son Brody with girlfriend Georgia Kousoulou, shared a glimpse into his training regime as he posted a snapshot of his gym to his 1.1million followers.

Dad-of-one Tommy also shared a snap with his newborn son as he revealed the reason he has not been active on social media. He penned: "Everyone thought something was wrong with me because I took some time off social media, it’s mad how we now think if someone’s not posting they ain’t living!
