SELENA Gomez has splashed out on a $4.9 million Encino mansion in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. The singer, 27, recently made an offer on the stunning contemporary property, which was once owned by Tom Petty.
The over 11,000 sq. ft. home was designed by the late singer and his wife Jane Benyo. It has been immaculately renovated and boasts a number of modern features.
As well as a wine cellar, Selena will be able to let her creative juices flow in her very own in-home recording booth. There are also six bedrooms and 10 baths, plus a gym, massage room, work space and a second kitchen.
The lavish property is also said to have secret passageways leading from room to room. Perfect for entertaining pals, the huge open plan living room.
