Roddy Alves changed her life in 2004 after becoming a so-called Human Ken Doll, and has more recently come out as transgender and transformed into Barbie.

The Brazilian former CBB star, 36, spent thousands on plastic surgery to become Ken, but in January she embarked on a new journey to become Barbie. "I'd always felt feminine and when I struggled to be manly with my personality, I decided to make my appearance as masculine as possible instead," she told The Sun . "But no matter how much I looked like Ken nothing eased the pain of being Barbie inside." At the age of 19, Roddy had her first nose job, and hasn't looked back since - having blown £650,000 on 60 different ops to emulate the iconic toy.
