The 23 year old, who is the younger sister of One Direction's Louis Tomlinson, recently jetted off with former tennis player Lewis, 30, and her younger twin sisters, Daisy and Phoebe, 18.
Lottie's grandparents have also joined her on the lavish getaway, and the family have been busy exploring Spinalonga Island together.
The Tanologist founder, who has revealed that she's expecting a baby boy, has been staying at the five-star family resort Domes of Elounda, Autograph Collection.
