Chloe and Scott dated for five years before their wedding, after meeting when she was playing at Everton and he was a groundsman there.
He proposed last December during a trip to Finnish Lapland, and Chloe shared a photo on Instagram of the pair wrapped up in warm clothes, with her ring on display and the caption: “The easiest YES.
Here’s to forever with you.” Chloe’s dress was designed by Galia Lahav with a high neck and dramatic lace sleeves and bodice.
