When Kate Middleton met Prince William they were both studying at St Andrew University in Scotland. The couple lived with friends throughout their studies before graduating and moving in together.

After marrying in 2012, the first home they shared as newlyweds was in Wales where they lived before they had children. As the couple return to Wales to mark St David's Day, they are believed to have returned to the remote farmhouse they lived in.
