The BBC have made a last-minute signing ahead of the Euros final on Sunday, 14 July, and added 36-year-old Spanish playmaker Juan Mata to their roster.The Spanish International and Euros winner will be a special guest of the BBC team in Berlin as the nation watches England Men’s team go up against Spain at the final of Euros 2024.
Gary Lineker will lead the coverage from Berlin and will be joined in the studio by Rio Ferdinand and Micah Richards and new special guest Juan, with commentary from Alan Shearer and Guy Mowbray.
Besides being a football superstar and legend, Juan enjoys spending his time loved up with his long-term girlfriend, Evelina Kamph.
Let's take a look inside their relationship... It's going to be a happy reminder for Juan to be at the Euros on Sunday as Juan scored the last time Spain reached a European Championship final, netting in the 4-0 win against Italy in Kyiv in 2012.
