They got together after Jamie split amicably from wife Louise, 46, in 2017 after 19 years of marriage. Introduced by pals, the ex-England and Liverpool footballer Jamie hit it off with the model immediately.
The pair moved in together and spent the rolling lockdowns that hit the UK together - a move that only brought them closer together.
