Billie Faiers pulled out all the stops to surprise her husband Greg Shepherd for his 37th birthday at their family home in Essex.The Family Diaries star, 32, who is currently renovating her dream home with Greg, took to Instagram to share with her 2.4million followers a peek inside the birthday celebrations.

Billie enlisted the help of Evaly Events to create the perfect backdrop with 'Greg' spelled out in huge rose gold alphabet balloons along with clusters of stars in blue and silver tones.

Greg was also treated to a huge clear balloon packed with smaller ones that was printed with: "Happy Birthday Greg." In a sweet moment, Billie filmed Greg with his eyes closed as he held hands with Nelly, seven, and four year old Arthur while walking into the dining room.
