The 25-year-old model arranged for him to have a video game-themed birthday party at their New York City home in what appears to be the basement of the building, complete with arcade machines, confetti with Zayn's face on it, and dozens of balloons.
Hadid shared a series of shots from the intimate bash (Hadid, her friend Leah McCarthy, and Malik were the only people who appeared in photos at it), showing off the Pac Man, Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and The Simpsons arcade machines she had brought in for her boyfriend.
