Since revealing her sad health update on Monday the mum-of-two has raised more than £2.1million to fund research into medicines to help those who follow in her footsteps - and donations are continuing to flood in.
Launching the Bowel Babe fund she told followers she is surrounded by her “incredible family” and “so much love”.The mum-of-two has always been candid about her cancer battle and also about her family life and often shares pictures on Instagram with her family.
