As fans of the ITV soap know, Weatherfield's terraced houses have been the scene of some of TV's most dramatic moments since the show premiered in 1960.
Corrie was once filmed in Manchester city centre - before its production relocated and its iconic set was demolished. It was 2023 that marked ten years since filming of the long running ITV soap moved to Media City, situated on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford.
But away from the Salford-based set, which is based on the hometown of the show's first screenwriter and creator Tony Warren, the soap stars often give fans an insight into their lives away from the screen by sharing regular updates on their social media channels.
