Inside CBB's Ekin-Su and Davide's split as she shares reason they broke up
ok.co.ukWhen she entered the Love Island villa in 2022, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu quickly became a popular contestant. But besides winning over viewers at home, the 29 year old won the heart of fellow Islander Davide Sanclimenti and the pair were crowned king and queen of their series.
Sadly, in January the couple called time on their relationship, and in scenes set to air on Wednesday 6 March’s episode of Celebrity Big Brother, Ekin-Su can be seen opening up about their split.
Speaking to housemate Marisha Wallace, the TV personality reveals that she felt more emotionally invested in her past relationship with Davide but when asked by Marisha about the break-up, she simply says: “Let's just say he hurt me.” During their 18 months together, Ekin-Su and 29 year old Davide moved in together and even had a spin-off series called Ekin-Su & Davide: Homecomings, though split briefly in the summer of 2023.
In an Instagram story, Davide made the announcement and said that he was “grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together”.
