He may have been beaten to the glitterball trophy at the weekend by Corrie’s Ellie Leach, as the pair battled with Layton Williams for the win, but he’s tipped for big things since his spin on the dance floor with partner Dianne Buswell.
Every week that Bobby competed in the BBC show, his family were behind him offering their full support and dad Jeff, stepmum Kate Dwyer and wee brother Freddie, 19, were often seen in the audience, sometimes left in tears at his performances, including one he dedicated to late mum Jade Goody.
But there were some family members not there as Bobby has had to navigate some family tension behind the scenes with the resurfacing of a fiery feud that came back into the spotlight with his Strictly appearance.
