The attorney of Daniel Silva, the Ink Master star who was this week charged with murder following the death of YouTuber Corey La Barrie, has branded the event ‘a horrible tragedy’.
La Barrie was killed on 10 May, on his 25th birthday, when the car he was a passenger in, allegedly driven by Silva, crashed in Los Angeles.
After Silva was arrested following the incident, LA County District Attorney’s office said this week the 26-year-old TV star has been charged with second-degree murder.
If convicted as charged, Silva faces a possible maximum sentence of 15 years to life in state prison. Speaking on Wednesday, his attorney, Mike Cavalluzzi, later broke his silence on the situation.
