Erik ten Hag has revealed that Ineos have told him that they want to rebuild Manchester United with him in charge amid speculation over his future.
The Dutchman is under pressure at Old Trafford after United finished eighth in the Premier League, their lowest top-flight finish since 1989/90.
Ten Hag's side face rivals Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday, but reports on Friday have claimed that the Dutchman will not survive even if United pull off a shock victory at Wembley.
Men Sport understands that co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe remains unconvinced about Ten Hag's ability to lead United going forward.
