Incest allegations made against Ricky Martin have officially been dismissed by a Puerto Rican judge at the request of the alleged victim, Ricky's own nephew.
The 50 year old Livin’ La Vida Loca singer was originally accused of abusing his nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, after the 21 year old claimed they were in a sexual relationship together.
Dennis, who is the son of the pop singer's half-sister, Vanessa Martin, claimed to have been in a relationship with his uncle for around 7 months, before breaking up.
Following this split, he alleges he was subjected to continued abuse and stalking from his famous relative, and filed for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against his uncle on July 1 after he claimed that he “fears for his safety.” The Grammy award winning musician strongly denied the allegations and painted his nephew as a troubled young man who was suffering from complex mental health issues, with absolutely no truth in any of the claims.The singer's lawyer previously told TMZ: "Unfortunately, the person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges.
