Imelda May rescues baby seagull after it is attacked by dog

A hapless baby seagull attacked by a dog was happily settling into his new home in Dublin after being rescued by singer Imelda May and her daughter.

And according to the vet who treated fledging ‘Bramble’, the three-month-old bird should make a full recovery after its ordeal.

Wildlife vet Amy Walsh told the Irish Mail on Sunday: ‘Imelda brought Bramble to me on Tuesday. He is doing well and was transferred on Thursday to one of our rehabbers in Tallaght in Dublin. ‘Bramble is definitely improving on the medication so I’m hopeful.
