Over the last 12 months, TV has played an increasingly important role in our lives. We’ve turned to it for distraction, entertainment, and, well, something to talk about.
And there’s one show in particular that recently has been ticking all three boxes and that is The Bold Type. The Freeform series debuted in 2017 but landed on Irish screens earlier this year when Netflix added four seasons of the show to its platform.
As a result, my group chat has been inundated with exclamations of adoration for the show being compared to a modern-day Sex and the City.
