The friend of a 'kind' and 'generous' 19-year-old who was tragically found dead in Tameside last month has paid heartfelt tribute to him after he has been named locally as Tobias Mannering.
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, friend Tia Mellor said Tobias was 'such a caring person' who 'would do anything for anyone' and 'had so much life to live'. "If he had a pound he'd give you 50p of it.

He used to come to my house and helped me clean and helped me with my son and helped us make food and do our washing," she said. "He touched a lot of lives, he really was such a caring person." Tia told the M.E.N that Tobias had an interest in floristry, and had previously enrolled on a college course to pursue his ambitions.
