Idris Elba Seems to Imply He Was Exposed to Coronavirus From Justin Trudeau's Wife

Idris Elba did a live stream to speak about his Coronavirus diagnosis and, during the nearly 20 minute update, he seemed to imply at one point that he may have gotten it from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s wife Sophie.

The pair were together and posed for a photo at the WE Day UK event on March 4. Sophie tested positive for Coronavirus on March 12. Idris revealed his diagnosis on March 16.

During the live stream, Idris said, “I know I’ve been exposed to it from March 4,” the date of the event with Sophie, where they were photographed together. “That’s when the person that came up positive, that was the time I got in contact with that person,” he continued, adding the exposure happened on March 4.
