Bolton boss Ian Evatt believes Wanderers knew where they stood with Dennis Politic when he turned down a new contract earlier this season but wished the attacker well in his move to Italy.
The 21-year-old joined Wanderers aged 15 and came through the youth ranks at the University of Bolton Stadium, making his debut for the club in August 2019.
He played a total of 30 times for Bolton in all competitions, scoring five times, but has now sealed a move to Serie B side Cremonese. Politic had been offered a fresh Bolton contract earlier this campaign, but this was turned down and his deal with the club was poised to run out this summer.
