A woman raped at knifepoint during a schoolgirl sleepover says she is still waiting for justice - more than 25 years later. 'Susan' was just 15 at the time of the incident in 1998.
She had convinced her mum to let her attend a sleepover in the Copster Hill area of Oldham. What happened that night would end up 'haunting' her for the rest of her life.
And when she turned to police for help, she says the officers tasked with investigating the case either did not believe her - or simply 'did not care'. But Greater Manchester Police has been unable to confirm if the prime suspect in her harrowing case was even interviewed. She has now received a letter from the force with a series of shocking admissions about the botched investigation.
