A man used a five-year-old packet of gravy on his Sunday roast, sparking an online debate about its safety. The user, known as BigBlueMontainStar, shared his culinary gamble on the r/CasualUK Reddit forum, posting a picture of the gravy packet which was dated to expire in July 2019.
Concerned about potential after-effects, he sought advice from Reddit users, captioning his post: "Just made the gravy for the roast.
