Whether you're casual beauty fan or wear full glam on the regular, mascara is a makeup bag must-have. After finishing an old tube, I stumbled upon the Estée Lauder Double Wear Zero-Smudge Lengthening Mascara in black on Amazon.

I had tried this mascara years ago and remembered loving it, so decided to pick it up while it was sale. I got it for £21.65 down from £29.50 in the sale, but the price has gone up slightly (£23.37) since I purchased it.

As the name suggests, the mascara is designed to stay in place all day without smudging, defeating panda eyes once and for all.

After testing it out, I was glad to see it did indeed last all day. But, it was the incredible lengthening effect that floored me.
