The Gel Bottle were the pioneers of this innovative product, launching it back in 2015, but since then many other brands have jumped on the bandwagon, reports the Express.
It's often recommended for those with weak or brittle nails, nail biters, or anyone who struggles to grow their nails. But after years of using gel and occasionally trying out acrylic, Sophie was doubtful that anything could actually make her nails strong and long.
