Marcus Rashford has been told that he could have handled his current situation at Manchester United differently by a former teammate.

In the 2022/23 season, Rashford scored a staggering 30 goals for Erik ten Hag's side. The bond between club and player, one that had been built up since the England international was seven years old, looked stronger than ever.

Flash forward to this week and Man United fans were left taken aback following an interview by Rashford calling out for a new challenge and a move away from his beloved boyhood team.

United themselves are reportedly open to offers in the region of £40m for the player. Ruben Amorim has made his feelings clear on the matter assuring supporters that Rashford is a Man United player and wants him to stay.
