The heartbroken mum of a teenager who died in a camping trip accident is calling for stricter rules for young drivers. Crystal Owen's son Harvey and three friends drowned when their car swerved into a ditch and flipped over.
Now, Crystal wants a law that stops drivers under 25 from carrying passengers until they've been driving for a year. She believes the boys might still be alive if the driver had more experience. "I've cried so many tears my eyes are raw.
