9NEWS, Titus was arrested on July 1, after police received a report in June about an alleged fraud case. As a result, the 47-year-old has been charged with 61 counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception.
Police will allege in court that Titus Day, who owned the celebrity management company Six Degrees Management with his wife, knowingly withheld $1.15 million in earnings from a client between December 2013 and April 2020.
