Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Helen, 32, snapped a mirror selfie of the family as she held her two year old son Charlie, while four-year-old daughter Delilah and seven year old Matilda posed for the picture, posted to Instagram.
Charlie wore an unimpressed facial expression while Delilah posed for the picture with her arms thrown up in the air with her thumbs up, and eldest daughter Matilda made a peace sign as she pouted.
The sweet snap showed the family looking dressed up as Helen and her eldest matched in a hot pink dress, while Delilah wore a shimmery gold dress and Charlie donned a white shirt with grey trousers.
