Helen Flanagan was eliminated from I'm A Celebrity... South Africa on Wednesday night in a shock exit for viewers.The former Coronation Street star appeared on Lorraine on Thursday morning to discuss everything from her time on the show, co-parenting and even the mum-of-three's boobs.The surprising conversation started as Helen was discussing the fact she brought all three of her kids with her the last time she was on the show."I brought them all with me, why did I bring them all?" Helen revealed in January she had the operation to have her breasts enlarged after breastfeeding her three kids left her 'saggy'.The formerstar admitted to Instagram followers at the time that she was 'nervous' to talk about her procedure but wanted to be as honest as possible.Lorraine said on Thursday morning: "Now, talking about that, you're a very honest girl and you did have a wee boob job - money well spent Helen Flanagan."Money well spent, that's all I'm saying.
