I'm A Celebrity fans were shocked at the sight of one campmate's underwear following an incident in the jungle. Jane Moore revealed her blood-soaked bra as she spoke about her encounter with a leech that left her bleeding and with a weeping wound.

She spoke about the incident in Friday's night's after show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here: Coming Out, which showed her daughter Grace put her hands over her mouth in shock.

In a clip of the pair sitting in a hotel following Jane's elimination, the journalist said: "So did you hear about me getting a leech in my bra?" Holding up her bra to Grace, she said: "This is what I woke up to in the morning." Her daughter was visibly shocked and replied: "Oh my God, that is grim!" Fans of the show were also horrified by the aftermath of the leech attack.

Writing on X, formerly Twitter, one said: "Things I didn’t need to see: the inside of Jane’s bra!" Another added: "OMG! The blood on her bra from that leech." Jane was first to leave the I'm A Celebrity camp following a public vote.
