Former boxing champion Barry McGuigan has been confirmed for this year’s lineup on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! The Irish sports legend joins a star-studded cast, including former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse, Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall, Loose Women'ss Jane Moore, Radio 1 DJ Dean McCullough, singer Tulisa Contostavlos, TV presenter Melvin Odoom, TV personality Coleen Rooney, podcaster GK Barry, and McFly’s Danny Jones.
Contrary to speculation, Love Island alum Maura Higgins will not be participating, reports the Mirror. McGuigan, no stranger to tough challenges, is excited by both the physical and psychological tests the show will offer. “I’m 63 now,” he said, "and I’d like to think I’m a young 63.
