The 30 year old Emmerdale star was already terrified when presenters Ant and Dec revealed he'd been picked by the public to take part in the first challenge, with DJ Snoochie Shy opting to fill in for the other team.
He immediately started shaking and it was only with a pep talk from footballer David Ginola he finally managed to get his head in the game.
But he suffered a really hard time when the ITV show's hosts brought out five dishes one by one of increasingly disgusting delicacies.
