Tulisa Contostavlos, the former N-Dubz star and X Factor judge, has made quite the entrance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
The 36 year old singer showed her competitive spirit as she triumphed alongside Coronation Street's Alan Halsall in the first challenge of the series. The pair secured their status as camp leaders and nabbed the comfiest beds, leaving hammocks for the rest of the celebs.Tulisa, known for her 'The Female Boss' tattoo which sparked an Ofcom investigation during her X Factor days due to promotion concerns, struck her iconic pose from the show in the jungle.
Despite having to cover it up on the ITV singing competition after complaints that she was advertising her similarly named perfume, Tulisa stood by her ink: "I was showing off my tattoo long before The X Factor.
It's always been my trademark and it's always been my nickname," she defended herself against the backlash. Tulisa is no stranger to body art, boasting five other tattoos including a touching tribute to her late uncle, Byron Contostavlos, on her forearm. The design features a microphone and music notes, with the heartfelt words: "RIP Uncle B N Dubz for Life." Byron, a former Mungo Jerry musician and father of Tulisa's cousin and N-Dubz bandmate Dappy, sadly passed away in 2007 from a heart attack.
