Tony Blackburn, a household name and voice to many as a BBC radio legend, joined The One Show earlier tonight for a nostalgic look back at his victorious stint on I'm A Celebrity...

Get Me Out Of Here! His 2002 win marked him as the first-ever king of the jungle, and conversation with hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp inevitably ventured into the realm of advice for future contestants.

During the discussion with Alex and Roman, Tony provided a candid glimpse into his past experiences. However, it was his response to a particular question from Alex that left the duo momentarily speechless. "Tony, you won it, you were the first king of the jungle," Alex enquired. "What advice would you give to the campmates?" Tony thendelivered a surprisingly blunt message in his characteristic deadpan tone, warning: "Don't do it." The studio erupted into laughter as both Roman and Alex were caught off-guard by the unexpected quip.

Playing along with the humour, Alex replied, "Get out of there," only for Tony to reveal he was simply "making a joke", reports Wales Online.
