Dean McCullough has revealed that the soggy conditions in the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle caused the campmates to battle trench foot and take shelter in a hut due to the relentless rain.The BBC Radio host, who became the second celeb to leave the jungle, described the ordeal as "worst camping trip you've ever been on." The 32 year old left the jungle on Sunday, 1 December, following the public vote and was greeted by his beloved mum at the end of the iconic bridge for an emotional reunion.
Dean has since returned to civilisation while enjoying the comforts of the Marriott Hotel, where friends and family of the I'm A Celeb contestants stay until the show ends.
As he settles back into luxury, Dean has reflected on his experience and opened up about the effects of the jungle downpour that flooded the I'm A Celeb camp.
Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, he said: "Imagine the worst camping trip you've ever been on. You think it's going to be gorgeous, then everything gets wet and you're stuck there for weeks.
