The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here campmates are getting to know each other in the jungle, in a bid to distract themselves from their rumbling stomachs as they enjoy a sparse diet of rice and beans.
On Thursday 21 November, Coleen Rooney was the latest celeb to share details of her life, as she chatted with Oti Mabuse about footballer husband Wayne Rooney.
First of all, she spoke about how tricky it was for both of them to navigate life in the public eye from such a young age, with Wayne making his professional debut at just 16 years of age.
Coleen told Oti: “All he wanted to do was play football, he struggled with the fame side of it, he hated that. If he could’ve just played football and had none of the fame, I think he would’ve been happier within life.” The 38 year old, who married Wayne in 2008 when they were both 22, added that the couple “felt older, because we had to grow up quick, because we were living in the public eye.” She also referred to “mistakes” Wayne made when he was younger, one of which was likely to be his admission in 2004 that he had visited prostitutes earlier in their relationship.
