Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Neighbours who live above the property on Rochdale Road in Oldham described hearing a 'shouting' and 'yelling' before a 'loud noise'.
They said they were 'shocked' to look outside their window and see a white Audi smashed into the bottom of their building. Emergency services raced to the scene, where one person was rescued from their vehicle and taken to hospital.
