Tracey Hornby had nipped out to post a letter during a break when she fell over. The 45-year-old suffered injuries to her face, including a fractured eye socket.
Tracey, a salon owner from Middlewich, says the paving stone was 'faulty'. She is now looking into possible legal action against Cheshire East Council.
