Last month, fans were left heartbroken when K-Pop sensation Park Bo Ram tragically passed away at just 30 years old.The cause of her untimely death has now been confirmed as acute alcohol poisoning.The police department's statement revealed that an autopsy showed the singer had pre-existing liver conditions which may have played a part in her death.The post-mortem examination indicated that Park Bo Ram's death was caused by acute alcohol poisoning, and she also suffered from fatty liver disease and liver lesions.
Reports suggest that no other factors contributing to her death were found during the investigation. According to AllKPop, a South Korean website, the singer was attending a private gathering with two friends on April 11 when she was discovered unconscious in a bathroom.
A report from the Namyangju Police Station disclosed that Park went to the bathroom around 9.55pm and raised alarm when she didn't come back, reports the Mirror.
One of her friends reportedly went to check on her and found her unconscious over the sink. It's said that her friends immediately called for emergency services and tried to perform CPR on Park before the paramedics arrived.
