Evatt took over at the University of Bolton Stadium last summer after moving to the club from Barrow and penned a three-year deal with the Whites.
The 39-year-old has taken the Trotters to automatic promotion spots in League Two with five games of the season left to go. And Wanderers have their destiny in their own hands, being four points clear of fourth placed Morecambe after the midweek action in the fourth tier of English football.
