A massive 90s girl group are busy in rehearsals ahead of a jaw-dropping revival this summer. Sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett are lighting up the stage again with group Eternal, accompanied by new recruit Christel Lakhdar, who has previously gushed about it being a "dream come true" to join the squad. The band will not include Louise Redknapp, who was known for being a part of its original line-up alongside the Bennett sisters.

Meanwhile former band member Kéllé Bryan will also not feature in the new look line-up, reports the Mirror. In clips uploaded to Eternal's Instagram account, the group could be seen embarking on their comeback preparations as they headed to the rehearsal studio ahead of their upcoming performances, with their first show set to take place at Rochester Castle on Saturday, 6 July. "The girls can't wait to get back out there again. There is huge excitement," a source told the Mirror.

However, their much-touted revival appears to have encountered a slight hiccup. In the video, Vernie could be spotted in the rehearsal sneak peeks sporting a moon-boot after injuring her foot, although it's reported that she'll recover in time for this weekend.

In response to the footage, fans flooded the comments section with messages of support for the group. "Yessssss let's have itttt can't wait to hear the vocals," wrote one Instagram user.
