Manchester City return to Premier League action this afternoon as they visit Leicester City in their final match of the calendar year.
City are currently in seventh place in the league standings and are 14 points behind leaders Liverpool, who have a game in hand.
Pep Guardiola's side go into the fixture on the back of a draw with Everton on Boxing Day and are without a win in their last five matches in all competitions.
Victory against Leicester would see City close the gap on the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Bournemouth, as well as Liverpool.
