When he’s not chasing bent coppers, Line Of Duty’s Adrian Dunbar is living the happy married life with his wife of 35 years, Anna Nygh.

Adrian and the Australian actress and casting director married in 1986 after being set up on a blind date. Their mutual friend Joanne Whalley set them up and we’re sure they have a lot to thank her for all these years later.

When speaking to BBC Radio 4, Adrian said of his wife: ‘I don’t know anyone else I could have hooked up with who could have handled me. ‘I’ve got my woman and she’s a very good one.

I wouldn’t let her down.’ Anna appeared in TV shows such as Metropolis, Dangerfield, Between the Lines and Capital City, and even appeared in an episode of EastEnders as Dr Emma Reid.
