Originally designed as a limited series, “The Flight Attendant” was renewed by popular demand and producorial consensus; Cuoco instigated the project originally, and is an executive producer on it.

Playing Cassie Bowden, a flight attendant who tends to stumble into international plots that put her life at risk, and has personal excesses that do the same, re-set Cuoco’s post-“Big Bang Theory” career.
