Two months after How I Met Your Father was initially intended to be released the eagerly anticipated series will finally be available to viewers.
The pushed-back release date is almost upon us, with the premiere set to air on Wednesday, May 11. Delays ensured it would arrive a few months later than originally planned, but fans will be hoping the wait is worth it when it drops on Disney+.
If all this excitement isn’t enough, How I Met Your Father has also already been renewed for a double-sized second season, consisting of 20 episodes instead of the 10 episodes which make up the first series.
The Hilary Duff-led comedy-drama is a sequel to the original How I Met Your Mother, which followed architect Ted Mosby's (Josh Radnor) as he explained to his children how he met their mother.
