It's been revealed that Ivana Trump was appearing exhausted and didn't eat her usual amount of food at her favourite restaurant just hours before she was found dead at the bottom of a staircase.The former wife of ex US President Donald was discovered in her plush Manhattan home at around 12.40pm following a call to 911 concerning a person, thought to be Ms trump, had suffered a cardiac arrest.Ivana, 73, visited her favourite eatery, Altesi Ristorante, the day before she passed away and its owner said that while Ms Trump appeared in good spirits, she was also more fatigued than usual, as writes the Mirror."I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City," Donald Trump said in a post on the social medial platform Truth Social.

Altesi Restaurant's owner Paola Alavian told the Sun that he knew her really well well and saw her almost daily.
