Households urged to check meters before new Ofgem price cap comes in

It signifies the lowest energy price cap level since October 2021, reflecting drops in wholesale energy prices. Now, Mr Lewis is urging people to take a meter reading ahead of the major change which should see bills drop by an average of 7 per cent.
